Open-Source Licenses

FigureAte is built on open-source software, and some of what you can search is open data. Both deserve credit.

Software

The app and its backend are built with React Native and Expo, Expo Router, React, Hono, Bun, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Zod, Zustand, TanStack Query, NativeWind and Tailwind CSS, Reanimated, React Native Gesture Handler, React Native SVG, pg-boss and pino, among others. These are distributed under their own licences, predominantly MIT and Apache-2.0. The complete dependency list with versions and licence texts is in the project's lockfile; email support@developertreasures.com for a copy.

Typeface

Plus Jakarta Sans by Tokotype, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Search results come from the providers below and remain subject to their terms. Where a provider requires attribution, it is shown on the item that came from it.

OpenStreetMap — place data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). Geocoding via Nominatim.
Wikidata and Wikipedia — structured data under CC0; article extracts under CC BY-SA, © the Wikimedia Foundation and its contributors.

TMDB — this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
